Jakob has previously held leading roles in sales to the process industry and in 2007 he founded Aprotech Engineering AB, an engineering company that sells process solutions for the chemical industry in Sweden and Eastern Europe.

Henrik has a solid financial background from various different roles with in the Tetra Pak organization.
