At the Annual General Meeting in May 2023 the registered auditing company,
Mazars AB, was approved as Cinis Fertilizer’s auditor to serve until the Annual
General Meeting 2024. 

Martin Kraft, born 1981, has been appointed auditor in charge. Martin Kraft is an authorised accountant.
