Cinis Fertilizer announces breach of financial covenant under its revolving credit facility

Cinis Fertilizer AB (publ) (“Cinis Fertilizer”) announces that it, following the publication of its interim financial report for the third quarter of 2025 this morning, will report a breach of an EBITDA based financial covenant under its SEK 102,500,000 revolving credit facility agreement (the “Facility Agreement”)

As a result of the relevant covenant breach, an event of default will occur under the Facility Agreement.

Cinis Fertilizer is, together with its financial advisor Stockholm Corporate Finance AB, in discussions with its creditors to address the situation and to find a sustainable long-term solution for Cinis Fertilizer and its stakeholders.
